Put the show on the big screen

One key and the editor steps aside.

  1. Pin the output you want to show.
  2. Press F1. The editor steps aside.
  3. Pick a screen in the Outputs window.

Lock the show to the band

The timeline follows the band's timecode, and every cue lands on its frame.

Run an installation for a season

It opens straight into the show and nobody can close it by accident.

  1. Launch in kiosk mode.
  2. It opens into the show and keeps the screen awake.
  3. Set a quit key only you know.

Keep the show alive through a crash

If it ever falls over, it comes back on its own.

  1. Launch with a restart count.
  2. A crash restarts it.
  3. A quit on purpose stays quit.

Run the show from the desk

Send commands to the show machine from anywhere on the network.

  1. Start the show with a control port.
  2. Send it commands from another machine.
  3. Switch to the show, move outputs and recall saved states.

Run a show on a box with no screen

A lighting or sound show on a small computer in a rack.

  1. Build the show on your laptop.
  2. Copy the file to the box.
  3. Run it with no window at all.
